Janusz Koczyk, Partner

President of the Management Board. Since 1995 in Trinity Management as the Vice President and President of the Management Board (since February 2002). Prior to Trinity Management, worked for Central Brokerage Office of Bank Pekao S.A. as a Director of the Primary Market Division. President of the National Investment Funds Association and ex-Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of the Pioneer Investment Fund. Co-organizer of the first issue of Polish T-bonds after break down of communism. Co-organizer of numerous IPOs on Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as of the first underwriting in Poland. Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics Foreign Trade Faculty. Holds one of the first brokerage licenses in Poland.

Dr Zbigniew Niesiobędzki, Partner

Since 1997 in Trinity Management as Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board. Prior to Trinity Management worked for medical equipment company High Tech Lab as CFO and as a Financial Director for Delloitte & Touche Poland. Member of the Supervisory Boards in the Jupiter NFI portfolio companies. Graduated from the Gdansk University where he achieved a Ph.D. in economics.

Piotr Robak, Partner

Vice President of the Management Board. Over the last 12 years has held numerous investment banking positions. Spent 10 years at Bank Pekao while his responsibilities included leading the Bank's investment banking activities. Responsible for portfolio company supervision at Pekao's Banking Group. Served as a chairman and member of several Supervisory Boards (incl. Pekao Capital Fund, Jupiter NIF, Pioneer Pekao Investment Management, Pioneer Pension Fund, Central Brokerage Office of Bank Pekao). Member of the investment committee of Accession Mezzanine Capital L.P. Holds a Master's degree from Warsaw School of Economics and MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

James Van Bergh, Partner

Co-founder of Trinity Management together with Bank Pekao S.A and BZW investment bank from England. From 1997 to 1999 served as the President of Trinity Management and since 2000 as the President of e-Katalyst, small investment fund supporting start-up technology companies. In 1991 co-founder of Company Assistance Ltd, consulting and privatization firm which worked with over 100 Polish and foreign clients and was responsible for privatization of 10 firms for the Ministry of the Treasury. Worked as advisor on restructuring of Polish enterprises from 1990 to 1991 as part of UN project. Before working in Poland, worked for 7 years in the US and in London as a consultant and manager of Bain & Co., a leading international consulting firm. Graduated from Harvard Business School in 1985 (MBA).
