Trinity Management specialises in management of private equity funds as well as in financial and investment advice.

The company was established in 1995 and since then has managed the assets of, initially, one and, then two investment funds.

Currently, the Company manages Jupiter NIF S.A.

The team of experts of Trinity Management has managed and supervised over 100 portfolio companies of the managed funds.

Currently, the firm employs 11 experienced experts in fund management and supervision of portfolio companies.

As an ordinary Member of the Polish Private Equity Association, we apply international standards for management of private equity funds, based on the methodology developed by the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA).

In 10 years of its operations, our team has gained experience in restructuring of companies, seeking strategic investors, implementation of major investment projects and introduction of portfolio companies into public market (16 public listing).

In the nearest future, Trinity Management plans to establish a new private equity fund which will invest in companies involved in environmental protection and regional development.
