Project Finance

Advice to enterprises on how to finance a new investment project, with the use of project finance methods, i.e.,medium- and long-term financing of specific investment ventures. Advice on preparation of projects, preparation of long-term financial projections specifying future cash flows, and next, selection of financing institutions for the project.

In recent years, we have often advised management teams on acquisition of companies which they manage, including managers of portfolio companies from investment portfolios of funds managed by Trinity Management.
