Since its incorporation, Trinity Management has been involved in management of investment funds.

We specialise in investments in small- and medium-sized enterprises. We have an individual approach to each project and treat them as long-term ventures (5-7 years), aiming at maximising the company's goodwill and protecting the position of owners, as well as its transparency for potential investors. The average size of investments made by funds managed by Trinity Management ranges from 3 to 5 million Euro. Each investment is contingent upon positive opinion issued by independent investment committees of individual funds.

While selecting investment projects we concentrate on analysing the development potential of a given enterprise, its current market position, and on the evaluation of key management personnel of the enterprise. The knowledge with whom we are to co-operate is extremely important for us since the role of Trinity Management does not end on financial assistance but, first of all, consists in co-management of the enterprise. We prepare our projects carefully: beginning from own analyses of selected sectors and competitive position of a firm, through preparation of alternative options for its development, business plans and valuation models aimed at selecting the optimum financing structure.
